::Similar comment. Dealing with Byram is horrid. EVERY month I need to call in to get my diabetes meter supplies and every month there is a glitch. They alos sent out a statement that violated my HIPAA rights and were obnoxious when I refused to sign it. Now they cliam to have as store near me home but there is no store there!

::Current customer of Byram Healthcare. Double billed for an order. Had verifying invoice from Insurance Company that Byram had been paid. Byram wants a second payment, claiming the insurance claim was denied. Insurance company has all the records and has to intervene. Byram could have resolved issue themselves if Customer Care was worth anything. Very disappointed. Changing medical supplies provider.
