::My husband bought me a ring at this store for Christmas. He specifically told the sales guy that he wasn't sure if I would like the ring. He was very apprehensive about the purchase. The sales guy encouraged him to purchase it and told him that he could exchange it. the problem was that he never told my husband that he couldn't get a refund. There are no signs that state their return policy anywhere in this store. You will find out if you read your receipt or when you try to get a refund and are told so. When we contacted the corporate office they blew us off. We went to the BBB but Bulgari completely ignored them. We had to go to the NYC consumer affairs office to have them investigate this store. If it weren't for them, we would have been out, thousands of dollars because there was no way I was going to wear anything made by this crappy company. If you do have a problem with their refund policy, contact consumer affairs. They were the only ones who were able to help us.

I’m very impressed!! Really bravo! Mistakes happen, it’s what you do after that matters most, and he succeed in turning it around! Such follow up, is truly rare and exceptional! Thank you! Original post: The worst service! Don’t go there! Absolutely terrible service! One of the worst I ever had at Bulgari. Came in for a band replacement and battery change ... dealt with two sales people Jack Huang who ordered a band which as it turned out didn’t fit my watch. And he promised to have my battery change when the band is delivered. He called for me to come in - yet made sure not to be in the store to finish assisting me. Alexander Moschini took over (took him 3 phone calls to Jack) ... as it turned out the band didn’t fit, no closing part was ordered at all, and they’ve refused to change the battery ... saying that for just 150$ I will need to wait 3 weeks ... that’s after already wasting 10 days! Not a single apology for their mistakes and misinformation! Alexander just mentioned once that it was Jack’s fault ... how “nice” of him.

::We couldn’t find the proper wedding band sizes available in our country, we had to order them and wait for 4 months to get them back! I found them available in 5th Avenue’s store. In almost 2 emails with an immediate response my personal advisor Alexander a very kind client advisor kept the rings we wanted as well as with great professionalism advised me to decide for the right size... even though I was emailing from the other side of the world. When my fiancé went to get them, he experienced an excellent service, all the personnel were very professional, kind and polite. Thank you all for everything!
