  Dropped off my labtop at the end of January for the screen to be repaired. I was told it was only going to take about 4 days for the repair but to give them a week. Long story short... it's been 2months and my labtop is yet to be fixed. Went into the store to see about it since no one answered phone calls and was told that because of some financial issues with the store they I only had the option to pay in full AGAIN to get my labtop fixed. No no no no no. It was paid in full when I dropped it off and since it's been months and is yet to be fixed and was getting told I had to be charged again for the service I had already paid for, I requested a refund and was denied one. So ultimately I have the choice of taking home a broken laptop I paid in full to be fixed... or pay more money. Makes no sense.

  Great service and great prices. They give you warranty on almost everything. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

  counterfeit windows installed on my laptop, no driver installed....i wouldn't recommend this place to go to, my friend bought a phone from them and it was also report stolen. they need to be reported to the police dept.
