  Very Bad experience. I ordered and got a confirmation email. 2 weeks after still nothing. I contacted Buydig and was told that my order was cancelled and that they did not have a reason for me on the phone. Wast of time, and lack of professionalism. They had me wait on top of it minutes on the phone to speak to somebody to finally get a voice mail. Never receive a call or an email to tell me my order was cancelled. Shop somewhere else...

  As a senior citizen I bought some noise cancelling headphones from Buydig. I tried and tried to put them together and could not figure it out. Called customer service and told them of my problem. They sent a free return postage to mail back product at their expense and today I received a full refund. I really appreciate their courtesy in refunding me my money in a very timely manner. I will not hesitate to shop with them again !!

  Had an issue with tracking my order as I lost the info and they responded within an hour. Great customer service, a trait I do not find often. Thank you.
