::This is the second year I ordered a birthday cake here. I wanted to give it a second try. The first year I got a butter cream cake for 50$ to serve 12+16 people I believe.. The cream was hard the cake was dry and the center filling was hard. The decor was great though. Then yesterday I picked up another birthday cake but this time it was a ICE CREAM CAKE. 37$ was the price I was told at consultation. The woman did not show me what the cake would look like or even the decor on cake. I even asked for a design, the price was still 37$ she said. One week after my order I was told a different price which had me upset.. When I opened cake yesterday the outside of cake was green I was never asked or told what color I wanted. And I don't know how this was a ice cream cake because the inside had no ice cream it was just a frozen cake with filling hard and frozen... I will not buy another cake from here again.. Other things like coffee treats and snacks yes but I cannot do a birthday cake here very disappointed

::Large selection. Everything that I've had so far was delicious. Coffee was average. Would be 5 stars but staff doesn't pay enough attention to cleanliness. With so many people in and out, things get a little grimy.

::Leslie was so patient and kind to me! I had her on the phone for a half hour for an order of 12 cookies! Amazing service I am so grateful for kind people like her in customer service. She helped me find exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier.

::I have never been disappointed by this place. I find that I am fairly critical of baked goods in general and tend to compare everything to the best version I've ever had, this place has passed the test every time. Our office orders frequently for both occasions and 'just because,' and now we recommend it to everyone. If you need a cake for a special occasion, or just cookies/pastries for the day, I highly recommend.
