  I have been using their services for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! They really try to accommodate any request, responding on a timely manner and making sure everything is taking care of. My dog absolutely loves Igor and Jennifer - they always pay attention on her behavior and on any health related issues, which makes them the most reliable, trustworthy dog business I ever found in NYC.

  We have a BIG dog! 140 lbs english mastiff Vino. She is such a sweetheart but definitely needs a special attention. Igor and Jen and their amazing team have been doing great job with our big baby girl. They are very punctual and super nice about last minute favors.I love their positive energy around my dog. We had very bad experiences with other dog walkers in the past but Buster and Whiskers have been such a bless for us!

  I genuinely can't say enough about Buster and Whiskers! They have been caring for my dear friends dog Luke for a year and I can 100% see the changes in him since he's been working with Igor an his team of professionals. Luke had behavioral issues to the point that my friend feared having to give him away, but thanks to Igor and his team he has shown a great deal of improvement. I also know she tried other services and once she found Buster and Whiskers, she just knew it was the right place. I would absolutely recommend!!!

  Igor and Jen have been walking and boarding our Australian Shepherd since September 2017, and they are truly the best! They walk her for an hour during lunch time on weekdays and board her when we travel and can’t bring her. She is always so excited to see them, and it is clear that not only do they treat their clients (and by clients, I mean both the humans and the pets) professionally and with respect, they also love the animals they work with. They also accommodate our schedules to the best of their abilities, including going out of their way to help us with a late night walk on a weekend and coming to our apartment to pick up our dog at 630am before our flight. We’re so happy to have found them!
