  Bought a latex bed at the store. Within a month, the mattress had internal defects. Couldn't exchange it because the store has a 3 day return policy. Ridiculous. Beware!!!

  Super helpful and efficient! Went to store in the morning, talked through options. They custom-made my mattress and delivered it the same night, all for a price comparable or cheaper than the online companies.
