  Don't even waste your time. They only got one star because I can't give them 0. The literal first day after i bought a bike from here in the morning and rode it to work shortly after (i live very close, and my job is a 15min bike ride) the tire completely goes! I had to pay another bike shop to replace both tires! One had a hole and the other had low pressure and popped! When i asked them to fix my squeaky breaks the next day, they tried to charge me! I've only had this bike 3 days and I want to get a refund but they wont even give me that!!!! Take your money elsewhere, please! This is less than mediocre service at best.

  Update 7/17/2017: They really didn't fix my bike. The creaking noise came back and they just assume it was the bottom bracket but it is actually not. This bike shop is really awesome. Fixed my Bottom bracket cuz it has no grease. Also check some other parts if it was loose. Would go back again, items a bit pricy but what do you expect its a local bike shop. I would still buy there.

  If you have a bike and don't learn how to fix basic things you'll be throwing you $$ away. This shop is nothing special no expert mechanics that are knowledgeable.I have been to this shop many times and each time they try to sell you things that you don't need if you don't know about bikes they will sell you anything and everything. Do your research online and purchase the parts online if you want to save $$ and learn how to work on your bike its so much fun. At least learn how to change a flat or you'll be paying $15 at this shop lol you can purchase 2 quality tubes online for that price and learn how to do it yourself on YouTube in 10min. In other words if this is your last resort then go to this shop otherwise stay away.
