  Great if you like country music (horrible if you dont). Dont even try to dance if you arent an expert, they will ask you to leave the dance floor. Too many sloppy drunk girls.

  Bushwackers is a quintessential Nebraska Experience. They have lessons at 19:00 on Thursdays and sometimes Fridays. Girls night is on Thursday however. Love bands perform usually on Friday. If we have foreigners from work, I take them here. These are “Good Country People,” as Flannery O’Conner once out it. I have a blast every time we go. Dust off your old pair of boots, throw on a Cowboy hat and get ready to swing your lady round and round. The drink specials usually revolve around Fireball or Jack, but there is a full bar at a fair price. Otherwise for beer drinkers they have the Iowa specials and Nebraska favorites Busch, Bud, Coors, etc. Minors are no longer allowed at Bushwackers, due to their stupidity in trying to sneak drinks. Family owned, they also have a kitchen and an outback smoking area! I forgot to mention the Bull! $5 for 3 rides, like I said quintessential Nebraska people. Darts and Pool and perhaps the largest dance floor in Omaha for a Country bar much bigger than Redneck’s.

  The music here is pretty good not the best, i prefer less pop country and more texas vut still its country. If you want a seat that over looks the dance floor you either need good luck or you need to get here early or reserve a table. The dance floor has like 3 weight barring colums on it, which i found annoying. They have a line dance for just about every single song, ive never understood that but to each their own. The DJ likes to talk, yell and sing over the mic constantly. The drinks arnt over priced and the service is pretty good. So its alright, im a proud texan so ive seen many country bars and done alot better but its still a fun time :) not everywhere can be Texas and i know that

  Pretty good place to country swing and line dance. Lots of space in the building, although the dance floor could be bigger as it can hey crowded. Drink prices are about what you would expect.

  It reminded be of a club in Texas, very big. Line dancing lessons were free. There was a mechanical bull that we all enjoyed and reasonably priced!
