  if you want terrible service and someone to get back to you never. have your taxes done at this place. these people just don't care when it comes to your personal taxes. and good look getting anyone from management to call you back if you have a complaint. if i had a dollar for the amount of times i had to call this place i wouldn't need a tax return. absolutely terrible and i'm still waiting. good luck but yet go somewhere else.

  I have been coming here for 5 years and they are a very friendly staff. They work with you to see what works best for you. Always have refreshments while you wait and you never have to wait long. I highly recommend them.
