  I was leery coming here based on the previous review, but felt worst case scenario, I say no to the estimate. I took in a 16 year old Waring commercial blender I received as a gift from Williams Sonoma. The repair man, Jose, stopped what he was doing to tend to me, listened to what I said, told me the price and of labor and informed me would also include part cost. He called me later that day and I authorized it. Completely effortless. The only "complaint" if there was one is that when I went to pay, the lady behind the counter just yelled "Drop offs in back" before the door could close on me. After I told her I was there to pay, but would gladly leave if she wanted to finish playing Candy Crush, she got up and took my payment. But that's no reason to knock the repair service itself. It was fair, honest, and expedient. I will definitely bring all my appliances here for repair in the future.

  From the first time I called they put me on hold and never got back to me. then I called back in the lady had an attitude, I ordered and paid for a set of wheels for my son's powerwheel, they said they would call me when the wheels were in and after a month of waiting I never heard of them. I called them after a month and left a message and waited a week, and still didn't get a call back. the service is horrible, and so are the people that work there. after a month and a half I'm still waiting for my wheels..... they suck.
