  Excellent prices, lines are long, but they move quickly, personelle is super nice.. Always a pleasure to go to this store.

  Bought a blanket as a Christmas gift so i removed the price. The person recieved the same gift so i wanted to refund it, unopened and unused. They refused refund or an exchange because the price was removed, even with a receipt. Target would have helped a customer like me especially after Christmas. I wouldn't even buy a coat at Burlington coat factory. Online says customer service lines are open mon-sat 8a to 8pm. But when i called Saturday morning it was closed!! No customer service on weekends at all.

  Big and sad. No mirrors except for 2 places. How stupid is that? You are a CLOTHING STORE. People like to see how they look. Why would you force someone to walk across the store? I spoke to a manager about it. And their reaction is "oh.. that's nice" attitude. There also noone to help when you need it.

  So you get what you pay for at Burlington, but the floor is usually chaotic with things everywhere. If you're looking for a coat, check all the sizes because I find small and mediums in every rack--even the XXL rack. The line can also be pretty chaotic.

  Whenever I shop here, I am able to find what I'm looking for PLUS something else to go with it. Best prices and my styles.
