  They have no customer service at the front. They also need to be careful when they talk about customers, you never know of someone the customer is with is still in hearing range. We will never be back!

  Great place for reasonable price items. On the downside you may love something but may not have the size available. You have to be patient to sort through items especially ladies clothing. The store is not bad in terms of cleanliness. Great place for buying mens clothing and nice formal girls and boys clothes. Ok prices on shoes too.

  Pretty ridiculous when your store looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or remodeled since 1972, clothes on the floor, shoes on the floor yet you won’t take back a pair of jet black $9 sweat pants ... Go to Kohl’s...or Ross WORST CLOTHING STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO.... I bought a pair of sweat pants that did not fit. I took the tiny tags off and tried them on ONCE...they did not fit so I put them back in the bag and went to return them a few days later. I had done this with the same brand of sweat pants before and had no issues returning them. NOT THIS TIME. A manager of the cashiers (older blonde woman) comes up and tells me I can’t return clothes in such a condition and in the rudest way possible. I’m confused as the pants are the same condition as when I left the store, as they weren’t worn or washed, minus the tiny paper tag they stick to them..... she tells me I can go clean them up and even suggested I could go by a lint roller to clean them off. There was no lint or anything on the pants.....I have never had a store treat me this way and embarrass me in front of so many people. I’m not a gross person. My home is cleaned daily, I do laundry daily, the pants are dark black and had nothing on them. She just kept telling me no I won’t take these back and I’m just in shock. I literally left the sweat pants on the counter and gave her a few choice words to go with her attitude she was giving me. I don’t need the money and never did. Just thought this store was like others where if you buy something and it doesn’t fit you can return it. I left here feeling like trash over a $9 pair of sweat pants. And this was from a store manager. Ps. Take a look at your store.

  Nice store in a wealthy area. Store is nice and neat. Good luck getting any help. Selections are limited.

  I love Burlington Coat Factory. Don't be put off by the name, they sell a lot more than coats. But I have bought coats there for years. Lots of other things too. Great prices.
