  Excellent selection, awesome affordable prices, easy traffic access, wonderful customer service, lots of public parking, women's, men's, and children appropriate clothing of all season and style, a must frequent store... fantastic shopping experience, a must do again!

  Not enough staff to help find things. Not enough rain gear even though this is NW Oregon where it rain more than it doesn't.

  I tried to return shoe's for a different size and because my daughter Wear them out the store and realize we should have brought a half size bigger. They did not return or trade the shoes. Even though we only walked out the door and back in. They called them being used

  Greatttttt prices. I'm on the heavy side and there's ALWAYS a great selection of affordable and stylish men's big and tall clothing that goes up to a 46! There's also the same thing for plus size women too. All affordable. Every time I go in, I'm never disappointed. Employees are always pleasant and know how to handle long lines (sure it may go slower if there's more people in line and less people working the checkout but if you can't wait that's your fault not theirs) the store CAN be unorganized but I'm always seeing at least 2 people on the floor trying to organize it. But again, I'd like to stress there's almost always more customers than employees so if you see there's a mess, it's not because the employees are ignoring it. It's because there's probably a bunch of other things that take priority and only a handful employees to handle it. That's not their fault so I won't knock them for that. This store has been one of my favorite stores to shop for clothes and shoes at since I was a kid. I'm a full grown adult now, that's how great they are. The only reason I didn't give them the full five stars is as great as the store is, I definitely think they need to hire more people to handle the long lines and load backs and fitting rooms and keeping the store organized but aside from that one thing the store is a great place to shop at. Bottom line: great customer service, great prices, and a great selection.
