  Used the drive-thru, had to repeat my order twice, still shortchanged 1/3rd of it and not asked how they could make it right after I had to drive back; just handed me what they forgot in the first place. Poor customer service!

  Best soft serve you can get! Can't beat .50 cents a cup or cone to take the kids for ice cream!

  Order was prepared incorrectly so I tried calling. When no one answered I went back to let them know. I got a do over and it was still incorrect. I explained 1 last time how I wanted the order. Did the manager extend a discount? No! A free soda for coming back? No! I watched the last do over when he took the burger back, opened the bun and stick cheese on it. Really?!!! I will not go back on Harrodsburg Rd. Location nor New Circle Rd.

  Very nice dining room with televisions. Clean restroom. Sloppy sandwiches with unmelted cheese. They were out of Spring Mix and only had iceberg lettuce for salads. Great drink machine. Longer than average wait for food.

  Went through the drive thru at lunch ordered the 11, bbq bacon crispy chicken sandwich meal and a cheeseburger. then waited for 5 minutes for two cars in front of me to clear. after I get to the window the clerk told me a different total than what I ordered, which was only the sandwich where I had ordered the meal and a cheeseburger. I told her that I ordered the meal and she called a manager over who asked me if I had ordered the two double cheese burgers. I asked her what I ordered and she could not tell me. so why are they loosing track of what is ordered. This has happened before and I had to pull up in order for them to complete my order. Again who is keeping track of the orders, I just asked for my money back and the manager said my food was ready but how could she know if she didn't know what I ordered. I have gone to the survey on the back of the receipt after last time and it is still the same service. This was the last time. I really wanted to try the sandwich but someone else needs to tell me they are doing better because I don't want to go back. For $8.68 I can get a better service at a non-fast food restaurant. Not what I think Burger King could be, they have lost the mark of quality of service. I put my trust in that they could supply my order in a timely fashion. they have failed on both points of quality.
