  Food isn't as good compared to other burger king's I've been too. Service is great

  Burger King store #9129 on 7106 Minstrel Way had the worst customer service ever! First off, I asked for spicy chicken fries, Employee # 661603 said we don't have spicy fries today. I went to the soda machine, and they had run out of diet coke. When I inquired about diet coke being out, I was told to get diet Dr Pepper instead. My order was large fries and chicken fries. I only got two small half-full containers of ketchup. I went and asked for 4 more ketchup containers and was given one container and told we don't have anymore to give you.

  This is the Burger King that I always witness employee meltdowns. No kidding! Wouldn't bother me so much if the food was prepared with care, but with conflict behind the counter the food and atmosphere suffers.

  recommend getting the app so you can get deals (like $3 whopper Wednesday) and rack up points to use on items. unfortunately it's only 1 coupon per order. but I'm really really really really grateful that they have the coke freestyle machine bc I am able to get diet Sprite, diet root beer. pls never get rid of freestyle !! (get Beyond instead of impossible tho, beyond is better) (and get chik'n pls 😋)

  12/26/2022 The staff around 2pm were incredibly busy with a long drive-through line and maybe a bit short staffed. However, the workers were professional, friendly and service was fast from order to pick-up - (food was steaming and well prepared!!!). Didn't expect this a day after Christmas, but they were on the ball!
