::This place is disgusting. First time I was here I was hoping that it was because it was packed. Second time here’s I was the only customer in line and the drive thru was empty. Trash everywhere. The drink station was covered in lids wet straw wrappers there was a cleaning bucket labeled sanitizing solution only on the counter right under the drinks a mop tossed on the floor, every trash can was over full. On top of that the lady packing the food into bags would literally toss fries into the bag, I had asked for sweet and sour sauce and she threw that at me too. She was incredibly rude to her coworkers. I tried to give this place a second chance but I will not be returning again.

::It's burger king, so you definitely get what you pay for but for the most part it was decent. They took a while to bring food out... but, the food was hot!

::After buying a meal and sitting in the dinning area to eat, I went back to get change for a 20 to take the bus. Made me buy a water cup for 1.50 then shorted me $5 on my change. Did not notice until I was on the bus. Called to let them know the drawer would be off. Was already on the bus and was not going to come back for $5. The manager preceded to argue with me they don't give change. Hence the reason the young kid had me buy a water cup. Then the manager passed me off to the very young girl that made the mistake and had me explain it to her what happened. Not how you treat anybody. The kid did not even know what to say. I was only calling to let them know the money was going to be off. You should not always treat people like they want a handout. I will never eat here again.

::Ordered two Jr. Burritos in a medium meal with coffee with 3 creams and 3 sugars. Had gone to the community college down the street and started on my meal as soon as I parked. The coffee was cold and the cream and sugar was not in the bag. I called the store to compain and give feedback. I talked to a lady. I'm going to go ahead and assume that it was the general manager that I talked to. I informed her about my coffee being cold and that I had just left the store. She disputed that she had just arrived and the coffee is hot. I informed her that I am a customer and that I'm not trying to work her for a cup of coffee. She informed me that I could come in and get my coffee replaced. My complaint is not only about my coffee being cold and not getting my cream and sugar, but also about the staff debating with me over the issue. I can understand if it was a huge order, but it was not. I also understand that there is many individuals that do work stores to get free stuff wasting time money. I am not one of those. My complaint was simple and small. It should have been a simple complaint and dealt with easily and professionally. I and many other customers like our coffee's hot. I trust that the store will work on the issue at hand. Thank you.

::There really needs to be negative ratings for this particular BK. I have had issues with more than one manager in this place. The managers are more willing to argue with you than to listen to your problem, I think part of the problem is the language barrier. I always try to explain myself in a calm non-confrontational way but it never seems to matter. They've messed up my order nearly every time I am there, and will make you pay for tap water. It seems to be a 50/50 chance if the missed item was not put on your bill or they have you pay for it and do not give it to you. If you ask for something extra do not count on getting it, or you may find it on the wrong item. One particular time the drivethrough window server grabbed one of the drink they were handing me, Told me the lid was not on right and then proceed to spill the drink all over me and my car anyways, after supposedly fixing it. I can not remember the last time my order was what I asked for. If it wasn't so convenient for me I would never go here again, but that is going to change. Edit: After I read through the reviews I noticed nearly all of the five star ratings for this BK just about say the samething. Great management, clean, fast, good hot food blah blah blah. I, and from what I have read most everyone else, believe the opposite to be true. It is very suspicious that nearly everyone of the five star ratings, included all of the same reasons for why they like it. Oh as far as the cleanliness goes, I would not recommend letting your children play in the play area. Otherwise they may come out looking and smelling like the were crawling around in a down town Denver alleyway.
