  They are truly unprofessional& disrespectful not everyone who works there but management and the man who is supposed to be area supervisor. I was assaulted by the manager& because police did not feel the need to conduct themselves as concerned professional the area supervisor felt it was right for him to not conduct himself as an unapologetic and concerned person as a representative of burger King which I find to be very unfortunate for them and sad as well after I was assaulted police not only investigated me but allowed this man to stand up and try to insult me afterward no charges were filed on the lady manager who assaulted me on the scene but it was not until i went to police station and it took a detective to watch the video for charges to be pursued against this woman for assulting me not to mention she continued to work that day and the "area supervisor" refused me my food back that I paid for. When I called to complain I would only receive a call back from the same area supervisor who obviously was not informed that the way himself and the officers who were on scene conducted themselves was unacceptable so still he was very rude and unapologetic I have yet to receive a call from the owners of this business but did I mention I'm 5 months pregnant and since then I have had a headache and neck pain everyday & a pain on the same side of my stomach I feel traumatized from this incident and I've also had unusual outburst I am seeking counseling but this is all thanks to the unprofessional & disrespectful burger King on Dyer and the supposed to "OFFICERS" who showed up on the scene thanks for ruining my livelihood and good luck to anyone who visits don't piss that lady off if you don't want to get assaulted.... Oh did I mention although the food wasn't always all that great I gave them about 3 surveys with all high scores because one of the employees who was always above& beyond nice to me. Yet the manager assaulted me because that's not the first time I've had an issue "I guess she's referring to me politely asking for fresh food" something no one that is paying for their food should have to do in the first place. & Although I only exited my vehicle and became furious because she snatched something out of my hand and then rudely slammed the window in my face "I was the aggressor " says our very carefully chosen smart great pick for a representative of burger King "AREA SUPERVISOR" literally sad the whole situation and the whole store burger King should not allow these people to represent their brand whatsoever!!!!!

  This BK is quiet & never over crowed. I like coming here. Service isn't bad. Although my last visit to this BK I was not satisfied with the Sprite I wanted. It tasted more like carbonation so I got the tea instead. But the tea was tasting funny to me. Usually I have no complaints about this BK. Our burgers, fries & rings were great.

  It's usually not too packed here so your food comes out fast and is always delicious
