  This Burger King is always screwing up my order. Every time for the last 13 years literally my son orders 2 double hamburgers only mustard and every time I get ketchup and pickles, it never fails

  This is the worst Location ever only 2 cars in front of mine and the wait was 15-20 min Are you kidding me? The crew in general is just rude

  This is by far the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Went there recently, told the guy I have a coupon. Asked to turn the four small drinks into two mediums. All he did was sigh and a female got on (probably the Ashley I've read about in other reviews). Anyways, we asked about turning the small drinks into mediums, apparently she couldn't hear us and asked to repeat. Before my girlfriend could even ask again, the female working cut her off and said "I don't know what you are asking about the drinks" maybe she should listen. Then after all this she says we don't take coupons at this location anymore. I wasn't going to mention all the messed up orders and rather long wait times for a place that is solely a drive-thru. The place even looks trashy. Please don't go to this location it isn't with the hassle or bull. Don't take my word for it, read on! -Josh

  We went to this location last night and the night manager by the name of Ashley, she was so rude and very unprofessional. She needs to be fired. They messed up our order and then when I asked for a refund she said no and I had to call the police on them. I have never ran into a more ignorant person in my life. I had to contact their corporate office and complain. Their customer service at that location is horrible and that was the first time I have ever been to that location. Alot of companies base their business on GREAT customer service, but not them. Their customer service sucks. I give them no stars if that was an option and a negative 100 on customer service

  Was there today. I thought I had enough for my order but realized I didnt. I asked to have my drink taken off at the window and the gentleman working the register was so polite! He handed me back my change and then told me my soda was free today! It was so kind, it truly took me by surprise!
