  Lucia thr store manager was unbelievably rude. I went the app wasn't working and I mentioned it to her. She puts up a hand and says "I don't have time for this" and walks away. (She was serving as the cashier) She didn't offer to place an order, nothing, just walked away. I placed an order with another cashier who was just as confused looking as me bc the manager went to the back of the restaurant to pretend to look at something else. Her job is in food service and that has to be accompanied by some customer service skills of which she is sorely lacking. If the everyday pressures of the job is getting to you then don't be a manager. Easy.

  12:15am we came to order/ needed a minute and then when ready they told us give them a minute. it was 4 minutes later. we drove off and we seen a girl with black hair and two boys doing NOTHING. why couldn’t y’all take our order???? y’all laughing and playing around. def reaching to cooperate because this isn’t good customer service. completely crazy! hoping cooperate reacts!

  People standing around in the kitchen but nobody to take orders in the front counter. The was a gentleman come out of the back as I came in. Proceeded to sit in they lobby. Absolutely ridiculous that you have use the drive thru anymore.

  I promise you, that they steal at this location. I hardly ever come here, because they never give me back my money. One time a manager tried to rip me off over $10. I had to call the police to get my money back. I haven't been here in months. I went today and my meal cost $7.57. I gave the lady $10 she gave me 40cent. This time I didn't even make a fuss. Over $2 but I'm disguised at these thieves. They will never give you a receipt either just trash

  I know I came here for fast food, but I expect the food to be prepared and served properly. I ordered a Whopper and my burger looks like it was made on the floor. Why is it so hard for people to do their job correctly. It's now three months later, and I order two cheese burgers. The patties are hard, cold and dry. They have no cheese especially knowing they're supposed to be cheeseburgers. What the hell are you doing Burger King!!?? Why can't you care about your customers!!!! This is the job you choose to do!!! If you can't follow simple orders, why are you preparing our food!!!!
