  My husband stopped in last night to grab dinner, first time there. He was the only one in line and it took 5 min for him to be acknowledged as the employees stood with their backs to him talking with the other employees. When he went to get drinks the machine wasn't making ice, no big deal, but the pop was flat and half watered down. The fries were barely cooked, almost half raw and the burgers were very stale. All around disappointing. Ended up having to go to subway which is #alwaysfresh

  Slowest fast food place ever. They forgot my sauces and my burger was super dry. Wont be going back.

  I'm surprised at the rather tepid reviews for this store.. Other than one small hiccup I had during my last visit, this location gets a full five stars. Staff will happily fix issues with your order, and their accuracy rate is very high. I put them through their paces with a large order once, and they nailed it the first time. Also, the location is very good, compared to many of the others. I also love the fact my neighborhood has a BK after a more than 20-year absence.

  I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I went in the store early afternoon during the week. Nobody was in line but I still had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order because the the employees were to busy laughing and playing games.Even the manager was in on things. He looked at me twice before finally instructing someone to take my order. When the girl was taking my order she paused several times to turn and make a comment on the conversation in the background. I had to repeat my order 3 times to her. I wanted a shake but was told the machine was down. The store isn't that old... I ordered a Jr bacon double and large fries. Once again it took almost 5 minutes for it to be made because of all the horseplay in the back. By the time I got my order I was very mad and just left. My mistake. I should have checked it. What I got was the right sandwich but was barely warm. I don't know what size fries I got but they were not a large and the fries weren't even cooked through. They were still cold and crunchy in the middle. Needless to say. I will never go this store again. And will be telling all my friends to go somewhere else.

  Hopefully just growing pains since new... Poor location with little parking... inside is not inviting for dining as also very small... poor location of soda machine... small lobby area that doesn’t accommodate customers... when busy around lunch time MOST orders were wrong and managers were argumentative about it instead of correcting. Luckily my order was correct, but fries were mush. The neighborhood was eager for this BK, but the opening was lacking. Too small for demand.
