  Super rude at the drive thru. Couldn’t wait 30 seconds for me to find what I was trying to order. Find some patience with your patrons people.

  The service was good, however, the young lady at the window didn't know how to count my change. My order was $5.45, I have her $20.45. She kept trying to give me change as if I hadn't given her the 45 cents. All she had to do was give me $15.00 back.

  The inside was closed and only the drive-thru was open. The line was long but moving somewhat quickly. I asked for French toast and was advised they are out of syrup. So I then ordered the chicken biscuit meal. Everything was hot and fresh cooked to perfection! The biscuit itself won me over! They advised they were short-handed however they made my morning, thanks BK👍

  This location wanted me to sit at the first window in line to block other customers from progressing.They basically didn't want me at the second window that times them so that the corporate office won't know how SLOW they really are . I waited at first (not knowing why until I figured it out) until people started getting mad. They knew I had paid, the manager didn"t care that people were cursing at me and honking their horns at me because of this rule they gave me not to move. Once everyone started cussing and honking I told the girl at the first window I wasn't sitting there any longer and at the second window, I told the manager she was wrong for expecting me to block a line of people(almost to the street) from progressing just so they could beef their numbers up. The manager mouthed off at me. Stay away from this store.

  Looking for a quick bite before my 7:30 only to find out the lobby is closed an hour and a half after it should be open. People keep walking up and trying the door and knocking but no one comes also I had to sign a receipt they did not have a signature line.. The food was on point through the drive through but geez people put a note on the door or something to waist people’s time hence the three stars
