  I always love going to Burberry to see what new styles they have in store. Obviously, they are an expensive luxury brand, but some smaller pieces are on the more affordable side. The customer service is top-notch, and they have more color options available online that they will go over with you. Large, clean store, and the only one in the Charlotte region.

  I went into Burberry on March 31st with my girlfriend to purchase a pair of the rainbow embroidered sweatpants. The staff hardly acknowledged me when I entered the store, and followed us everywhere we went. I tried to make conversation as I shopped but the employee was clearly not interested in replying and just suspected me of wanting to shoplift. I assume this is due to my age (20), but I have no issue shopping at Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, Coach, etc. The store was clean and well organized but the staff experience put me off of the purchase.

  Great and helpful staff. Able to find the size of the shirt I wanted.

  I usually buy any Burberry items at Nordstrom however I've found the staff there to be helpful if I have questions about whether an item has been discontinued etc...

  Friendly, but reserved staff. They offer a great selection and will primarily leave you be if they think you are simply just browsing. Service becomes much more personal if you ask questions about products or purchase one. The staff makes an effort to get to know their customers even after one purchase.
