  This location has fantastic customer service. Manager Judy Harris is very personable and professional. She is knowledgeable and makes sure you know the guidelines.   I really like this storage facility. The prices are excellent given its location and excess hours are also great. The service is outstanding.

  I have stored my things at the 3200 W Dallas St. location for years now and have always been pleased with the customer service. The facility is impeccably clean, and I love the covered unloading docks (very helpful in the unpredictable Houston weather).
