  No one greeted us at the door. We stood there for 10 minutes. The manager kept glancing at us but never said anything to us. I had to walk to ask about seating - ridiculous! Although we were told to sit anywhere, a waitress refused to allow us to sit at a table where we chose to sit. She said, “No you cannot sit here because I am saving it for someone.” Really? Of note: The table remained empty during the time that we were there and ate our food. Ironically, we had a great server at another table and it all worked out just fine due to that waiter. I would not reorder the “Cajun fries.” They’re not Cajun-flavored just regular fries with dark seasoning and no flavor. The rest of the food was as expected from Buffalo Wild Wings. We thought the nachos with chicken were great.

  I ordered this evening for pick up after work around 9:35, my order was ready by 10 pm. I was missing my chips and salsa that I ordered with my chicken wrap no biggie.. I can deal with that but the pretzel bites I had ordered were completely inedible. Hard as a rock, like I mean tooth breaking hard.. but I was missing the dipping sauces to boot if they would’ve actually even been edible.. wish I could take back my 20% tip.. I worked for this company for 5 years from 2014-2019 and I hate to say things have gone incredibly down hill.

  No host to seat you, was just going to sit at the bar since I went alone. All seats were full so I told the bartender I’d sit next to the bar. She didn’t get to me for another 10 minutes. Just when she was about to get my drink order as I pulled out my menu she walked away to seat another guest. Got my food everything was warm not very fresh, no honey bbq like I asked for, and mac and cheese was so cold. Definitely not busy I wish they’d cook to order. Not a horrific experience but let down.

  Knots were not very good. But the queso dip and chips we're wonderful. Kiddo like chicken tenders.

  The service was amazing Misty was our server and she was just so sweet and awesome. Our Food came very quickly and was so delicious, we got cheese curd appetizers along with a Clasic Chicken Wrap (grilled) and 20 boneless wings, was so good and filling have enough for lunch tomorrow for both me and my partner
