  The service was slow but the bartender put the sound up on my game. Food took a min but the wings were crispy and the beer was cold. A little pricey for off the strip but good place to watch a game .

  This is the very definition of bad customer service. I ordered over the phone expecting for the food to be ready once I arrived. Once I entered the facility I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. Constantly being told someone will help me soon. Once someone finally showed up. I was handed less than fresh food. The lady checked the ordered and ensured me everything was there. I had people waiting for be so I took her word for it and headed home. Once I arrived home I noticed a large order of wings was missing. It too me a long while to get there and even longer to get back home. This entire experience was horrible so I rushed back and just ended up returning the entire order. They didn't care about the my experience and just wanted to rush me out the door. The lack of caring and empathy shows they are focused more on the money and less about the customer. I would avoid this place at all cost

  The food was pretty good, it came pretty quick. The service was pretty slow. We had to ask for a high chair twice and they forgot so we had to walk to the host stand and ask a third time. We had to ask for plates twice before they actually brought them. They never refilled our water. But, the food was good so that was nice.

  Friendly staff. Fast service. It was packed today and I got in and out in 30minutes. The food was delicious. I recommend mozzarella sticks, they are very tasty, and the buffalo mac was very good too. Definitely would come back!

  Down the street from home, I come here sometimes for good wings, watch a game ( Go Knights, GO ) and usually receive blah service... If and when you come ask for Doris to serve you! Doris is a server rockstar! Gave me just enough attention, my beer was always full, but she never interfered with the game. I LOVE good service, but rarely get it. Tonight I got the BEST service I have gotten in a long time, thank you Doris! If you come here and do not ask for Doris, you have an extreme intellectual deficiency...
