  I should have left immediately. The cashier couldn't decide if she wanted to talk to me or to a co-worker. I finally stopped talking; she never apologized or let me know when she was done with the other person - she just stared at me. My food came in a reasonable amount of time and I took it home (I was at the to-go counter). No napkins, no wet naps, and the wings are disgusting. I will *never* go back to that location. They would get zero stars if that was an option.

  Not a good experience at all. I called and ask how long the wait. I was told 20-25 minutes so I decided to go. It turned into an 1 hour wait to be seated. Then slow to take orders and recieve food, the waiter had an attitude while serving us, I asked to speak to the manager, the manager never came, then a really slow check out. It was my first time at any location and probably my last time, especially here. Undercover boss needs to show up and set things straight.

  Staff not the warmest but the wings are good. Every Tuesday and Thursday there is a special on wings. Boneless wings deals on Thursday and traditional on Tuesday. The location has a parking lot and is within the shopping district of gateway drive off erskin. Pretty close to queens (one exit). Overall decent place rude, dull staff. Good wings. Mango habanero is my favorite (warning it’s hot) and I’ve also tried the hottest on the menus, the blazing

  Worst service ever!!! I normally come here and go straight to the bar, tonight the bar was filled and I was told I have to go back to the front and get a table for 2, mind you the place was no where near packed/full. We got here at 1130p. After waiting in the front for 15min I asked the girl what's taking so long to be seated and she started she doesn't want to overwhelm the waiters. I wanted to flip but my bf wouldn't let me. 7 min later were are seated. Then it takes the waitress another 10min to even come to our table just to give us napkins and a container and leave. I was shocked and appalled because we wanted to just order drinks and wings. After another 10min I got up and left. As you can tell I will not be returning to this establishment and I actually liked this place.

  My chicken wings were dry ! I ordered Jamaican Jerk flavor and Asian Zing. It hardly had any sauce. Idk why would the cook be so cheap. Its not coming out of your pocket ! And if they were low on sauce explain to the customer tell them more sauce is being prepared so you might have to wait a few more minutes. I'll be fine with that. Just give me what i paid for !
