  The hygiene of this place is terrible. Flying insects, and dirty walls. Not to mention my lady and I stood at the host desk for an unreasonable amount of time. I finally asked if we were to seat ourselves. Our waitress was the only bright spot in our experience here. Her name is Katie btw. Thank you Katie! Food was good. Had to fight away the flying bugs to enjoy it. We came here because it's one of the few places around you can get a Guinness on draft. Sadly I will make a longer drive to get one or 2 next time.

  This location used to be my favorite! Until twice the ranch was not prepared the way it always is EVERYWHERE. I was dissatisfied completely. To be sure I asked for ranch again and it taste like pure sour cream with no flavor. I loved coming here but seems like now it is a consistent disappointment. Didn't walk out on my tab because I just wouldn't do something like that. But did not eat my food. Just will not be coming to this location again probably EVER. And specifically NOT recommending for future friend and family get togethers. R.I.P. to my once favorite spot buffalo wild wings

  To say this place was terrible was an understatement... my fiance and I went in in the early evening. The place was busy but not unreasonably packed. I was initially told by the waitress that there wears certain things I could not order because they were out of stuff. No fried pickles? Really? No cheese sauce? We placed an order for appetizers and had to substitutes things to make it a full order... it took no like 40 minutes before it came out. Or wings came out fine but at that point the whole experience was ruined for me. I doubt I'll ever be back. Talked to a manager who said that he had several staff members call in sick but he's knew they weren't sick and were just put for Spring Break. He also said the truck that normally brings them their stock had not arrived that day. Perfect storm I suppose...

  Was our 1st visit at this location; and it was great. Although busy, the staff did a good job and made every effort to ensure minimal wait times. Very friendly crew, especially our server. Will have to revisit to check customer service consistency before I give them 5 stars.

  Ups--Awesome atmosphere, nice place, great service, friendly, clean restrooms and clean place. Downs--- long wait, a little long on the food but it is served hot not warm. Other than that nothing else and forgot one thing they don't have corn dogs and it's on the kids menu. But they took care of it for me. Awesome place and great service again. Servers name is, Donatello Kent, appearance great clean, fast on customers needs and entertained the kds. Thank you great job
