::My first time here. I avoid wing places because I'm never satisfied. I mean really, why do people enjoy those meatless little bones? A drumstick flavored up the same way would be more satisfying.

::Do better, wild wings Burbank. The employees look SO understaffed. Service was great. This TRULY saved it. Waitress was SO friendly and same with our food runner! The sweetest. Despite running around and dealing with rude customers, it didn't change their positive attitude when dealing with our family and other tables. We genuinely felt bad. Everyone from the bartender to the front of house that sat us down looked way stressed. I get situations are tough for restaurants but they're working 2-3 jobs per 1 employee. Separate to this, our food was also not good. Quality has definitely gone down. And we in no way blame staff after what we saw. We couldn't see the kitchen but it wouldn't be too far of a stretch to guess maybe kitchen was in a similar situation. Place is fine. Everything else was fine. Bathroom, clean tables, etc. But if it's between coming to wild wings and wingstop (etc) from now on? I think we'll watch the game at home with take out wingstop instead. Thanks staff for your hard work.

::It was a horrible experience and bad service. They sat me next to where the servers ring their customers. I waited a good 30 minutes before I was asked what drink can the server get me. They were too busy talking before they acknowledged me. The restaurant was packed but there were many servers that can accommodate the busy restaurant. I noticed that instead of them taking care or attending to their customers they were there busy chatting around. I had to interrupt them to take my order. I wanted to leave but I haven’t had Buffalo Wild Wings for a long time and have been craving for it. I ordered a salad and 6 pieces hot wings and a soda pop. The lettuce on my salad was dry and already has dark edges they looked old but the 6 pieces chicken wings that I ordered were tasty. The same thing happened when I asked for my bill. The server told me in a minute. I waited a while until I asked another person. I will never go back to this place again.

::It was not good. Service was lacking. Was sitting for awhile with my friend, talking, with the menus already down when I had to actually flag down a server to order. Not even a drink or even water had come yet. Usually I order wings but we were in a hurry and the sandwich looked amazing. This is definitely one of those, it doesn't look like the picture, deals. It did not taste good at all. I mean, it wasn't gross but mine didn't seem to have any sauce so I was basically eating a dry over cooked crispy processed chicken sandwich with a handful of cabbage that couldn't even stay on the chicken with a dry bun. My friend ordered well done fries. I didn't but mine came out well done. I don't know why. Lazy server. Bad cooks. And cheap ingredients. 2 chicken nuggets, 2 drinks, and teeth breaking fries with bad service for 50 bucks... I'll pass. I guess that's burbank for ya

::Such a amazing place to watch a basketball game or any other games. My friends and I came here tonight to watch the NBA Finals. We put our name down first since they don't take reservations and was told there was 13 parties ahead of us so during the mean time we went to another restaurant to wait. We got seated like an hour later at the bar area. I got the 10 traditional wings with a basket of fries. The service was way better than the other restaurant we waited at and more upbeat. Our waiter was attentive to our table probably cause we were seated right where they were. The TV was in front of us and they fulfill our request for the TV to be changed to the NBA game. The food came out a little warm and not hot probably due to them waiting for our whole order to come out at the same time. The food was still good though so we didn't mind.
