  Service was good . Food was good. Comfortable tables . Big screen TVs. 2 orders 1 small wings and nachos $140. Bit pricey

  Good food, and awesome decor but I ordered my foods online and went there on the exact time they gave me. But my food was not even prepared and had to spend 20 more mins waiting for my food to be prepared. Plus, No apologies. Worst part- this is the second time I have ordered online and the same thing happened both the times.

  I went fairly late and it was pretty empty. With that being said I would have assumed our food would have served up quickly. I was wrong! Yet and still nice place and pretty good food

  Planned to have dinner with friends and celebrate one of their birthday. When we arrived, 7 PM, place barely had many customers. Hostess, Danielle had a very dismissive demeanor. Took our orders. Two of us ordered Alaskan cod burger with fries and my friend, the birthday girl, small order of wings with potato wedges, which by the way she said were salty. After a few minutes, order of wings came out. But hostess came out after ten minutes, to say, we are out of the Alaskan cod. So second person ordered same order of wings and wedges. I ordered a Pulled pork samdwich with fries. After a few minutes friend's wings were served. Still no Pulled pork sandwich, but hostess did not say anything about my order. After about ten more minutes I asked her about my order, she said, it's coming. Then she comes back, what did you order again? Friends were halfway done with their meal. Hostess comes back, I was just told, we're out of Pulled pork. With a very dismissive attitude, Can I get you something else? I said no thank you, cancel. I had saved my appetite for dinner with friends, suffice to say the only nice part about it was my friend's company. Finally hostess came to ask, whi's birthday it was, she wanted to make sure she was fine. Nice and yet unbelievable. She did not even apologize for not being able to have what I ordered. Wait time and service was horrible. Customers need to ask host or hostess, what do you have, before ordering.

  When deciding to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings, I always prefer coming to the one in forest hills and mind you, I live in the Bronx. The staff are friendly, helpful, and are always there when needed. The food does not take long to come and it’s always thoroughly cooked and so on. The place is spacious and I would recommend any family trying to eat some wings to come here! By far my favorite BWW spot in NYC.
