::So friendly, like a slice of time from 1960, food is great, service is phenomenal, personal and clean! Make this part of your D.C. adventure!

::I very much like this place! The bagels are delicious, as are the home made sodas. Take-out takes about 10 minutes and the staff is very friendly. It does get very busy though (I went around noon on a Sunday) so being seated is very hard!

::Incredible. I have been searching and searching and searching for my whole life where I might find a bagel this good. Particularly enjoy the fact my toppings didn’t squeeb out the sides of the bagel when I take a bite. This has officially taken the #1 spot for the best bagel in DC (and I’ve been to them all).

::Nowhere close to a NY Bagel. Having been around NY style bagels my whole life, these are subpar at best. The closest this comes to being a NY Style bagel is the extremely generous amount of cream cheese that is globbed onto the bagel. The cream cheese stood out more than the baguette style bread they call a bagel.

::Went this past weekend and a very delicious everything bagel with egg cheese and avocado was $9. Definitely not your budget neighborhood bakery. But union market is such a neat experience and great for sightseeing and people watching, so I keep going back.
