  Great community manager's, very welcoming and very helpful. What I appreciate most about management is their Christian values. The neighbors within the community have been helpful and welcoming. Beautiful quiet family oriented park... The Loera Family!

  My client have not been able to get park approval. My clients are being asked to take care of their pets before they can move in. The manager is not helpful and is not allowing my seller to sell his unit. Not a very professional way to run a business. Very disappointing and discouraging for any potential buyer looking to buy there. Only if you use their own RE will the buyers get approved. Good luck with your purchase and home search.

  This place is hell you got crazy neighbors that yell at themselves about politics all day and drive around at 80 miles an hour do not stop at stop signs and ran over my blind cat. Random neighbors will turn paparazzi and start taking pictures of everything without our permission. So yeah I recommend this place and I give it five stars down. Buena Park Manor is the best place on earth...NOT!!!

  Clean room, no breakfast only coffee, wifi not working properly, toilet bowl has mold, you can clearly see while using the bathtub. All in all it’s okay for the price.

  Took a boat to Avalon Bay went ashore rented a skooter road Up to The Top of The island got high drank a few beers took in some really beautiful senery road around some more.then went to a side street bar and pounded a bout 4 shots of Jose cuarvo then took the boat back to the mainland
