::I had taken a leap year from the gym, and it was hard for me to find motivation in all the programs out there, fortunately I found Budokon academy, Nothing is coincidence my friends, this Gym or as I call it (Dojo) have it all, fulfill from my passion from martial arts, through my curiosity for healthy eating and balance life style. truly amazing people, with a combination of different movement arts, such as calisthenics, Budokon Movement, Yoga, and Jiu jitsu. all the classless are great and integrate each other, if you are looking for conditioning, strength , getting to know your body and soul, this Dojo is must. very please on everything. thank you very much, truly amazing people teach the classes, engaging all the time with the students, can't ask for more. thanks.
