  I was turned away from Enterprise a few blocks away, and these folks were happy to rent me a beautiful car for a great price. Customer care was wonderful. I was extremely grateful for their kind service.

  They are as others stated rude and try to overcharge while giving the minimum service. They overcharged my prepaid reservation without notifying me. Just handed me the receipt and I didn't check it over assuming everything is in order. Now I see a charge on my credit card. Going to dispute it. Very bad service. Avoid if possible.

  I don't know why others have had such negative experiences here, but I have had nothing but the very best. They always gladly give me a full size SUV at the cost of a mid size sedan. I must say, though, I give them a TON of business. They're always more than understanding when I'm late too. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Pittsburgh. Plus their prices are far better than Hertz's or Enterprise's. Using coupon codes makes them even better.
