  Try their best to accommodate me every time I rent from them. They expained everything in detail to me I left fully informed and enjoyed my rental. I will continue to rent there.

  Second time using this particular Budget Car Rental. 1st time in '14 and again this past weekend. Very nice and great car. I always rent to get home to Western Mass. See you again next time I visit!

  Totally unorganized and clueless. Went on a Sunday morning to pick up a rental I had made days before. There were two guys in front of me who had been there for about 45 minutes. Turns out they didn't have any cars. How does that happen? What was worse was their ability (or actually inability) to get their act together. There was one guy behind the counter who insisted on hiding behind his computer and doing nothing. No updates on when they expected to get the cars. And when they finally did get the cars the cars weren't fully cleaned or topped up. You charge customers an arm and a leg when we bring in our car late, or the gas is a little low but yet you make us wait for an hour, or give us a car that isn't fully ready without any repercussions. Talk about double standards!!

  Fast (enough) service - it helps that they are never super busy when I go (mid-week afternoons). They have easy pick-up , easy drop-off. I recommend paying ahead of time it cuts out a lot of the time picking up. The location is easy to get in/out of and there is a gas station just down the street for fill-ups.
