::We've rented cars from this location on two different occasions. My first time was absolutely jaw dropping. We went to pick up a intermediate car and to our surprise they didn't have what we reserved. To remedy the problem the counter person immediately put us in an upgrade which was a beautiful 2017 Buick Regal with all of the bells and whistles. Thank you for the 5 star service.

::I would give zero stars if possible. Easily the worst customer service I have ever received. Will never do business there again, and suggest others not as well. Fraud and thievery. They refused to refund my money when they were the ones who cancelled the contract! Have filed with BBB.

::Not only did I get the best price on a rental car downtown, I was also surprised to see that their local fleet are all vehicles with premium trim packages. The manager was also very kind in personally dropping me off at my office downtown when I returned my vehicle. I'll definitely be using this location again!
