  My family and I rented a car from here. Initially we waited in a vacant room for 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Then when the time came to pay the original fee was supposed to be $55, but the guy said there was an additional $200 charge added on top. When asked what the fee was for, the representative responded with “I don’t know.” He also couldn’t give us a printout or statement of the charges. We paid just so we could get over it and get our car. We then walked out to our car to find it covered in snow and dirty and with the “needs maintenance now” sign on the dashboard of the car.
