  Changed payment to a personal card from corporate account without my consent. Had problems with the vehicle and called the location for assistance; couldn't provide me any help or alternate number to call. I was basically told to continue the next couple hundred miles of my trip and hope for the best with the vehicle.

  NIGHTMARE!! Would give this location a negative rating if at all possible. Rented a van for a family vacation to Florida two months in advance and received a "confirmation" email from Avis with all the reservation details, including class of vehicle. The day before picking the vehicle up I called the pick up location to verify....... and was told they did not have a van or any vehicle in the class that I had a confirmation email for. The "Manager" was totally unapologetic, rude, and made no effort at all to help in any way. So I have 7 family members ready to go on vacation and no way to get there!!! This location is a JOKE and should not be allowed to carry the Avis name, I have never received such poor, rude service in my life. Good news is I ended up finding a suitable vehicle at HERTZ and for considerably less $$$ than Avis.
