There is a beautiful young lady there, Kenya that has always provided us with world class customer service. With the help of Avis we are able to take the gift of beauty on the road.   The worst experience I have ever had with budget. The young lady who works there is extremely obnoxious...in more lively terms an obnoxious major ASS-Hole...she is rude..and lack professionalism. I will spread the word on this budget in Montclair.

  Fantastic service and very accommodating. I have rented cars several times and am always satisfied. Ask for Kenya, she is exceptional and very professional. Highly recommended.
