  I arrived on time for my 6:00pm reservation ahead of my road trip with my family to find that "Adora" had left at 5:00pm. I was then lectured that I should have call ahead to say I was still coming. Apparently the reservation wasn't enough of a commitment. Needless to say I could not get a car from this location. I then decided to call Budget in hopes they could find me another location. The lovely folks at Budget couldn't lose out on the extra $120 It would cost to book me the same class rental at nearby locations. Budget customer relations and this gas station car rental can share this 1 star review.

  I returned the car a full 10 hours before it was due back and they charged me that I returned it a day later! Very disappointed as I thought I had received a very good deal. I called and spoke to someone and he is telling me that I had the car for two days - uhhhh, no I did not. I do not understand why I am being charged when I returned the car the DAY BEFORE IT WAS DUE. He is saying that the place was closed - does not matter. I still returned the car BEFORE IT WAS DUE. The young man should not have taken my paperwork if that was the case. He should have said, "we are closed and I will not be able to submit the paperwork". He did not do that - he took my paperwork and said he would take care of it.

  They don't even exist there anymore. Made a reservation got a confirmation number. Went in to pick up the car to find that they don't even exist in that location anymore.
