  Granted, it's annoying that there is generally only one person working the kiosk, checking in cars, cleaning them, checking them out, etc., which means you'll probably have a note on the kiosk to call a number to get their attention, but when you do get them back to serve you my experience has been extremely positive. The gentleman who both checked out and returned my car was very pleasant and though I accidentally kept the car three weeks past the return date (I mistakenly filled out the form for one day rather than one month), he still bent over backwards to get me a great rate for re-renting the car for the remaining ten days I needed.

  Absolutely terrible and the people are completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

  Good deal but you can never find available cars when these deal are on !
