::I have no idea why in all the years I've been living in East Village, I only discovered this place recently. I had the shrimp po boy and blackened catfish dish and they were both delicious! I definitely want to go back to try their other dishes. too bad they have irregular hours and are closed Mondays and are only open from 1130-230 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

::Absolutely love this place! Possibly the best Cajun food in SD. The crawfish etouffe is a must try, and the shrimp n grits is great too! So far I like a lot if their dishes. The bread pudding is awesome. This place always bring a smile to my face and I'm always in a good mood leaving the restaurant.

::Hands down, the best authentic New Orleans food in San Diego county. If you've eaten at the top restaurants in New Orleans, like Brennan's, you'll be blown away that a small place like this is in the same league for both food and service. Every bite of each appetizer, Po'Boy, entree, and dessert results in a "Wow!". The complexity of the spices are perfectly balanced with the natural flavors of the well pared ingredients, far exceeding expectations.

::It was absolutely amazing. Very good and tasty food. Great service. And very clean. A bit small and cozy, but my family loved It!💜

::Amazing dishes, price was a great value as well. Service was among the nicest I've ever had. When you try a restaurant that's ethnic or regional always try the core of that genre first, for here it was the red beans and rice topped with grilled chicken thigh. And it was perfect. Not too spicy as you can always add additional heat to your liking with sauces on the table, the rice wasn't over or undercooked the beans were flavorful and melded with the rice and the flavor of the chicken pushed it over the top. Presentation is that of a fine dining plating and so was the taste. They also had fried pickles that were great my wife had (but sadly I forgot a picture of them as they went fast) I'm excited to go back and try many things on their menu very soon. The pic was taken after I'd already messed up the plating by taking a bite sorry
