  I always love eating here. The foodnis always good, and the venue is nice a quaint. Once inside the guests hear Italian music, and the walls a covered with paintings and photographs.

  This restaurant is well managed and well staffed. We had over 300 kids (reserved) and they were well prepared for our group. As soon as we walked in, every table was prepped with cups with ice, salads, and bread. Minutes after sitting down we were greated by the staff and they had our entire group fed within 30 minutes. The Manager then checked on the quality of our service as a true professional. I’m absolutely amazed at how well the food tasted and served in an expeditious manner. I’m almost certain there were no complains nor issues in our duration. I highly recommend large groups to plan to eat there, because you will in and out with a very satisfied group!   After two positive dining experiences (one pretty great) it's back to normal. Two bad dining experiences and last night just sucked. It's been like that for about the past two years. I'm not going back --ever. The place is just abysmally run. There are too many good restaurants in this town for me to take a 50/50 chance that I'm going to leave the restaurant in a bad mood. Five stars, back down to one. One star. You earned it. It's staying that way.

  Not great customer service. First time coming to this restaurant from the moment I walked in no one addressed me. The servers that were at the service window seemed irritated to seat me or even acknowledge me. Once I was seated my waiter set down my water and didn’t ask if I wanted anything else to drink and didn’t seem happy about me asking if they were serving minestrone. The restaurant was clean though and smelt appetizing. But sadly I left with an empty belly and “bad taste”.

  As always great food. I'm a big fan of the lasagna, I always get it. The stuffed shells are really good as well. The staff was nice and knew the menu well. They could have been a little better keeping the table clear. Always call ahead as they do have large groups on a regular basis, like 2 bus loads. It's a big place so they can hold a lot. If you have like 8 ppl and can get it try for the Pope's table. It's fun if you have a few kids that you know won't go crazy spinning a lazy Susan.
