::Literally and I mean litterally in and out in under a minute. They always serve the freshest of food as well as make some of the most uniquely and delicious lunch bowls I've ever had. My food is often ready before I have put my card back in my wallet. If you're on a time crunch a budget and looking for something healthy, bubu is the place for lunch at larimer square.

::Just ate their "caveman" salad with chicken after a workout... my brain exploded from the excessive flavor being experienced by my mouth... I'd come back just to eat this salad on a daily basis. Good really fresh ingredients, tasty MF'n recipes, walking distance from school... 5 stars all day.

::I love this place! I've been going here for about 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. It's so fresh and delicious. I always get the California bowl with salmon - LOVE IT! It can get a bit crowded here, because everyone knows how good it is, so I would encourage you to get there early around 11 to avoid the line getting too long. The staff is super friendly too! Enjoy!
