  Wide variety of teas and bubble teas with some baked goods and a few flavors of ice cream. Credit cards are now accepted.

  Tasty milk tea and tapioca cooked to perfection. Looking forward to their full menu after their 'soft opening'.

  Bubble Cool is a nice bubble tea cafe on Roosevelt Island. Service was polite and efficient. My mango black tea was tasty. They have a decent amount of seating for such a small place. The tea was almost $5 for a small which is a bit steep, however.
