  Les hôtes sont Super, ils répondent à nos demande et savent recevoir. Le dite est particulièrement bien situé avec le métro a côté. Franchement je vous le conseil et re conseil

  Un peu petit par rapport aux photos sur le site mais bon niveau de confort, avec un accueil et un service excellent. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

  Très bon rapport qualité prix le lieu est propre bien entretenue les apparts son nettoyés et les serviettes ainsi que les draps changés tous les 2 jours. Le tout a 50 m d une bouche de métro. Les gérants sont super sympa. Bref à recommander.

  I have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are immaculate, the location is perfect and the hosts unobtrusive and accommodating. It's my favourite home away from home when visiting New York.

  My wife & I stayed at B&B for 10 days in March 2014 and we would go back in a heartbeat. The guys were both very helpful and we were met on arrival. Victor the maintenance man is so funny and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are beautifully presented, plenty of room and info given to us for shopping, eating was excellent. Perfectly located for the subway at 103rd Street station & walk back up the hill is good exercise. Laundromats are close by and shopping down Lexington towards City is easy walking distance or further by the subway.
