  I dislike the place because of the staff only. Workers have no professionalism, rude and act very unintelligent. There is only one person I allow to do my hair, her name is Denise. I'm not sure if she's even there anymore but non the less she's the stylist to go to. She helpful, professional, a soft living spirit about her. I don't tolerate rude owners, they will get told and straightened out with me, I'll get what I come there for and they will not cheat me or price gouge with me. I will leave once I'm done with my transaction. I've been wearing wigs, hair for many many years and I know prices and good quality hair. I know how to contact BBB done it before with other business and I get good results.

  This store has a wide variety of wigs. I bought a wig which was installed by Beverly, she did an awesome job. I absolutely love the hairstyle she gave me and she had great customer service skills. Beverly you were awesome. I would definitely recommend this store

  I must've shown up on the wrong day! I'm brand new to wearing wigs no idea what I'm doing. The supply is outrageous lots to choose from if you have an idea what you're doing and you better know cause assistant will not be offered AT ALL! It takes a while to even figure out who works there no greetings no can I help you no noth

  I Have been a customer at this store for years. And My stylist does excellent work. I visit this store almost weekly and all the young ladies that work there are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately within the last month I did notice a new owner/manager who is very unrofessional, she has no customer service skills. She does not have a warming affect when it comes to her customers. I was in the store about two weeks ago and was taking my time trying to purchase a wig that I like, purchasing a wig takes time, you maybe in the store for up to an hour. Well this Day the manager/owner seemed to be annoyed that I was taking so long to purchase a WIG!! that I am buying, so she stared following me around the store and looking at me as though I was try to STEAL!! I was alarmed by her nasty and unprofessional behavior. That's why you have camera in place so you don't have to follow people around. You will lose a lot of customers because of this manager that does NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE!! 👋 I will be taking my business somewhere else. You just lost a loyal customer. Going to TOMMY WIGS IN NEWARK✌

  Check exp on hair vitamins.... almost bought expired hair vitamins 😡 The owners are rude to customers, limits services provided because one worker is jealous of the other.. Because she is inexperienced, has no people skills, and the other girl has returning customers. Owners price gauge on wigs, one week a wig is 40.00 next week its 70.00. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. FYI IVE SPENT TOO MUCH MONEY HERE, TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. WILL BE CONTACTING BBB. They fired the most friendliest worker there FYI. They will loose business... Because again the other one has no people skills... like the owners.
