::Great softball/baseball fields featuring swimming pool, tennis court and play ground. Also, fantastic view of the city skyline.

::Perfect location off 394. The fields can be a bit hard and at a slant. Overall great space though.

::Great Park, pretty well taken care of. Fields are a little bumpy and hold water for a while, so playing baseball can be interesting running for a fly.

::A number of baseball/softball fields, plenty of open green space for pickup games of soccer, football, ultimate, or rugby. Or for the dog to run around. The park even has a spot to play cricket.
