  Bruzek is incompetent and uncaring. He's great the first time you see him, only if you shut up and do whatever treatments he wants without any disagreements or trouble to him. After seeing my husband for a root canal that had gone bad (that his colleague Huffstutler did, btw), he did not seem interested in how much pain he was in (it was considerable) or in letting us know that the procedure he recommended costs $2k+ or in providing us with options. When my husband decided to make a decision about his own health and have the tooth removed Dr. Bruzek refused to give a referral or even a prescription to help with the intense pain HIS PATIENT was experiencing. The office staff is borderline rude and unhelpful; their first concern is getting money out of you. My husband ended up having to drive to Plano from Fort Worth to get his tooth removed. It was extremely infected and had been the unknown cause of a fever three days before. The oral surgeon said the procedure Bruzek recommended was unlikely to have been effective and they had to redo the x-rays Bruzek's office did because they were at the wrong angle to show the infection. Worst dentist experience of our lives!
