  Similar to a few others below this store has bad customer service. I called in to place an order last week and was told by the staff that the store was closed for the day. It was an hour before the closing time stated on the website. I guess store employees get to decide what times they want to work. The individual I spoke with was also rude and nonchalant about not taking my order. I left a complaint for Brueggers corporate online but of course I did not hear back. Get your bagels elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. There are better places to spend your money

  This store is extremely dirty. Next time you are there look at the floor, look at the kitchen in the back, it's disgusting. The worst Bruegger's Bagels I have ever been in.

  There used to be a Bruegger's in West Nashville. Boy do we miss it! This place is a complete DUMP! It's a shame because the food is really good. The service is slow, trash cans are always overflowing, tables are never wiped down, the floor is falling apart, and everything is just dirty.

  This place is good. Just good. The staff are very friendly, provide fast service, and have a wide variety of bagels. Those alone are worth the 3 stars I’m giving it. I wish they toasted the bagels properly. I also don’t think their bagels are anything to talk about. They’re decent, but nothing amazing.

  Received two stars instead of one because they actually put cream cheese on the bagel. Other places you saw the cream cheeses because it melts in the bagel. Bagel was not hot barely toasted. Scrambled eggs are actually a well done egg. Would not have purchased if known, because big difference in taste. Employees were fine. Doing there job, but I did manage to get a smile from the cashier. There was a puddle of water inside the store when you entered. Also, smaller puddle in font of a cold case. Lid station was in disarray needing a cleanup and restock. I LOVE bagels, but think Dunkin Donuts does it better than Bruegger's. ☹ At least I tried it, but honestly won't come back.
